MAG Pegasus Open 2019
The Pegasus Open took place in Maidstone on 8-9 June 2019
JJ & Finley competed on the first day of the Pegasus Open. Both boys had great competitions and achieved their highest all around scores at a FIG comp to date.
JJ scored 72.8 to finish 3rd overall and picked up bronze medals on the Floor, Pommel & Rings as well as Silver medals on Vault & High Bar. Finley scored 65.6 to finish 7th AA and just missed out on the medals finishing in 4th on P-bars & High bar.
The second day saw Frankie, Jools, Jeddy and William competing.
Frankie went around clean and with a big smile all the way around! He managed to achieve a top 10 place on rings and 14th all around.
Jools went around clean and produced a great routine on the pommel horse placing him 9th and a solid rings performance placing him 16th on this apparatus.
William and Jeddy both had a great competition. Jeddy finished 6th overall and took home the silver medal on the high bar and Will placed 3rd overall and took home the gold medal on the pommel horse.
A massive thanks to John for giving up his day to judge and well done to all the boys and their coaches Callum and Jack - what a great weekend!
