Trampoline Gymnastics Classes
Our recreational trampoline classes in Stevenage give gymnasts aged 7 and up a structured, non-competitive way to build trampolining skills that also carry over into gymnastics, diving, cheerleading and free running. Sessions run for 55 minutes under Head Coach Phil and his team of qualified British Gymnastics coaches, with a termly award scheme to track each gymnast's progress. It's the ideal next step for anyone who has enjoyed trampoline within our recreational gymnastics classes and wants to specialise further.
Our trampoline gymnastics classes last 55 minutes and are led by qualified British Gymnastics coaches and trainee coaches/volunteers. All coaches over 16 have current DBS clearance and Safeguarding training.
