Mens London Open 2022

It was a great start to the Mens London Open for the boys on Friday 13 May. In the u16 challenge, Ethan had a very clean competition placing a fantastic 6th all around, as well a gold on parallel bars and silver on high bar. William had great execution throughout, and managed to pick up silver on floor and bronze on rings. Sadly team mate Jools had to withdraw from the competition due to illness.

In the u10 challenge Kamran did very well. He went clean with no fall and good routines on pbars and floor, improving on his scores since the Pipers Vale challenge 3 weeks ago.

On Saturday 14 May, Chris took to the competition floor in the U14 Max Whitlock category. He performed well with no falls, especially on floor scoring 11.10 and performing his brand new routine on pommels.

On Sunday 15 May Fin competed in the U16 and JJ in the U18 cups

Fin competed just two apparatus after dislocating his finger a few weeks ago. In a very competitive field, he had a great competition, and achieved 12.2 on floor (8th) and averaged 13.15 on vault to earn a well deserved silver medal.

After a mistake on his first vault, JJ stuck his second to finish in 6th on that apparatus. He also nailed a clean pbar routine to score 11.75, as well as showing off some fantastic new tumbles on floor.
