Hertfordshire Level 6 & 5 Regional Qualifier

The Women’s Artistic gymnasts competed at the Hertfordshire Level 6 and 5 regional qualifiers at Marriotts on Sunday 10 September 2017.

LEVEL 6

It was a tough competition in 9/10 age group with 28 competitors. Teah came first overall, Isabella was 3rd, Lola was 7th, Amelia was 18th and Darcy 26th   There were also lots of individual ribbons won including a bronze from Lola on Vault. Teah qualified to go to Regional FInals in October.

In the 11+ Age group Harriet was overall 4th with a silver on floor, Charlotte 11th and Abigail 12th

LEVEL 5

In the age 9 group Caitlin finished in 3rd place overall with gold on vault and floor and Paula was 5th,  with gold on Vault and Bars. Caitlin will go to Regional Finals in October.

In the 10/11 Age group Emma also took 3rd place overall and gold on vault, bars and floor as well as winning the "Joan Gowling Cup" for the highest overall floor score of the day. Emma also qualified for Regional Finals

In the 12+ age group Ellie-Rose took 1st place overall with gold on floor, Freya was 8th and Tegan was 13th.  There was a clean sweep for the girls on bars with gold for Ellie-Rose, silver for Tegan and bronze for Freya, who also took bronze on vault.  Ellie-Rose will go to Regional Finals in October.
